The child-friendly beach is only 130 meters away. Here you will live perfectly for lazy summer days, picnics and playing while being close to a variety of experiences and attractions. The house is located on a hill with a grassy slope where you can get down to the lake. But there is also a road (which is a little longer) there if you wish. The house has a nice covered terrace with lounge furniture where you can enjoy the wonderful lake view. Dining furniture is on the lawn and on the front terrace.The house is freshly renovated with a large living room with sofa where you can enjoy the view in front of a fire in the stove (wood included) or just relax in front of the TV. The fresh kitchen has an exit to the terrace at the front and a dining area with a lake view. There are three bedrooms, the largest with a double bed has a lovely lake view. The second is equipped with a single bed. In the third, which is equipped with a curtain (no door), there is a bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. The bathroom is fresh and nice. There is also a washing machine. Not rented to young people under 25 years of age without a guardian. Loud parties are not allowed, as it is a quiet area where neighbors are respected. Charging of electric cars is not allowed. It is only 40km to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. It is also close to the Filmbyn in Mariannelund and other attractions connected to Astrid Lindgren such as Bullerbyn, Katthult etc. It is also close to the beautiful summer towns on the coast such as Västervik and Loftahammar. In two of the rooms there are double beds, in the third a 140cm wide bed for two. The bathroom is fresh and nice with a washing machine. It is not allowed to burn fire in the house's fireplaces. No loud parties are also allowed. No electric car charging. In the area there are swimming areas, tennis court, barbecue area, etc. It is only 2 km to Gudinge camping, where there is an ice cream kiosk, a larger beach, cliffs, piers, mini golf and a playground with a jumping pillow and fun pedal bikes for rent. You are close to cozy Loftahammar where you can enjoy fine restaurants. There is also a grocery store here. It is 12 km to Gamleby. Where in addition to a grocery store there are also specialty stores, Systembolag and an ATM. The room is equipped with a door for those who want to close themselves off. Upstairs there is a toilet and sink. Under the stairs there is a slightly simpler shower room where there is also a washing machine. Note that the water heater is of a smaller size, which is good to keep in mind if there are several of you who want to shower after each other. The house is fenced for those who wish to bring a dog. There is a lot to explore and do here. Two houses away from the house you can rent a canoe. If you want to swim at a larger swimming area there is the nice Hammarsbadet 3.6 away with its 10-meter diving tower, floating obstacle course, mini golf and catering. Here you can also rent a wood-fired sauna, pedal boat, rowing boat or motor boat. You can see Garpedansberget from the house.
