Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Fresh WC/shower area. From the kitchen there is a partially open part with so-called bar facing the large, pleasant family room. There is plenty of room for everyone with seating, flat-screen TV, DVD and separate fine dining furniture. Perfect for both lovely get-togethers and nice dinners. The family room also has a direct exit to the 49 m² the balcony where about half is covered. Absolutely wonderful place both sunny lazy days and nice warm evenings. The balcony has both sun loungers and outdoor furniture and mini table for the youngest. Partly around the grounds, large, nice lawns for play and games. To one of the area's most beautiful lakes, Vindommen, it is approx. 1.3 km. Feel free to try your luck fishing, the lake has recognized good fishing for perch, pike and zander. Weekly fishing licenses are bought in the resort. Right next to it is the small family beach with a shallow sandy beach, jetties and bathing ladder. The cottage is located with a beautiful view of open fields, meadows and the large forest just outside. In the right season, plenty of both mushrooms and berries. With a bit of luck you see moose, deer, foxes and hares, especially early in the morning. Out it is about 20 km to the coast. Many possibilities for renting a boat, paddling canoe or just swim and roam. Fishing is free in the entire Baltic Sea. As day trips there is a lot to do. Definitely worth a visit the coastal towns of Västervik, Valdemarsvik or Söderköping. All very much picturesque and with many events during the summer. To get to the far end of the sea band with all the islands, you can follow along mail boats that make longer and shorter trips. To the bigger cities Norrköping and Linköping take about 1.5 hours by car and there are big ones here shopping centers and lots to see. A must for the slightly younger ones is perhaps a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby or Kolmården's Zoo and both places take about 1.5 hours by car. You also have a beautiful nature reserve, Djursnäs Kase, nearby. You have a wonderful large penthouse with outdoor furniture where you can have a great time and socialize or simply enjoy the peace, bird sounds, and atmosphere. On evenings, you can light up the lanterns for maximum coziness under the starry sky. The large house has a pleasant kitchen where you can prepare your meals. You have a spacious and beautifully furnished living room with a dining table and sofa group. There are two nicely decorated bedrooms, each with a double bed. The adjacent guest house has two single beds. The bathroom is fresh with toilet, sink, and shower. There are various games, hantels, yoga mat, and exercise bands for those who want to use them. It's only 18 km to Loftahammar if you want to enjoy larger beaches, sea life, and fine restaurants. Gamleby is also a popular destination. In the summer town of Västervik, you have a wider selection of shopping and restaurants. There's Lysingsbadet with a water park for kids. Both from Loftahammar and Västervik, there are archipelago tours by boat. In Tindered, you'll find a fine restaurant nearby. The village of Vråka is also worth a visit, with glassblowing, flea market, and ice cream café. For younger visitors, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World is popular. Or why not visit Kolmårdens Wildlife Park with a stop for ice cream in beautiful Söderköping on the way?

Welcome to a genuine swedish cottage with lots of love and charm that lies completely undisturbed, embedded in wonderful nature where you can see the water sparkling beautifully. Here you can really enjoy the tranquility with lake, forest and meadow as your nearest neighbour. The house has been included in an interior reportage in the swedish newspaper Lantliv. You have a large, wonderful terrace with lounge furniture, dining area and hammock. In the open living room with sofa group and dining area, there is a Smart TV and a wood burning stove (firewood included). In the nice kitchen there is a dishwasher and a dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed (the bedrooms are in a row, which means that two of the rooms have to be passed to reach the far one). Beautiful newly renovated bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine with entrance from one of the bedrooms. On the grounds there is a small outdoor group and hammock. The closest lake is called Stockgölen and is beautiful, here you can enjoy nice walks around the lake, but note that it is not a bathing lake. along the forest road the last bit here. Larger, more child-friendly swimming areas are available, e.g. in Skedshult or Valdemarsvik. The nearest restaurant where you can eat home-cooked food and breakfast is in Kårtorp by the motorway before the exit towards the house. If you want a larger selection, there is Valdemarsvik 12 km away with restaurants, grocery store, mini golf, etc. Don't miss going out to Gryts Skärgård, 18km from Valdemarsvik where Gryts Handelsträdgård is located. A little further out you can swim in the sea. Boat trips to the smaller islands depart from Fyrudden. Popular archipelago communities such as Valdemarsvik, Loftahammar and Västervik lie like a string of pearls. Don't miss the summer town of Västervik with its picturesque town centre, its restaurants and many summertime events. Popular Loftahammar with boaters, restaurants, cafes and cooling baths by beaches and cliffs. Tour boats depart for the archipelago from both Loftahammar and Västervik. For the youngest, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular. Or why not Kolmårdens Djurpark with an ice cream stop in wonderful Söderköping on the way.
