"The city by the sea" is the well-known name for Lysekil here in Bohuslän. With the proximity to smögen, Kungshamn, Torp Shopping Centre and all excursion destinations nearby, you will stay excellent here. The cottage, which is from the beginning of the 20th century, remembers the time from the past and is today cozyly decorated and is ideal for family for four. There is a bedroom with a single bed – 80cm. In the living room there is a daybed that during the day can be used as a sofa and in the evening can easily be bedded out to a double bed -160cm. There is also a single bed – 120cm. The cottage has a complete kitchen with dining area for all four as well as bathroom with sink, wc, shower and washing machine. At the entrance there is a cozy porch with a roof and 2 chairs with tables to take the morning coffee. In front of the cottage there is a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. Here you sit undisturbed and can supervise the children playing on the lawn. The cottage is located on the walk/bike distance to Gullmarsbaden which is one of Lysekil's popular bathing areas. It features a kiosk in summer, sandy beach, jetties and rock baths. The property cannot be booked by young people under the age of 25. A guardian must be in the cottage for the duration of their stay. In Lysekil there is a lot to discover. Why not enjoy a guided tour by jumping on the train "City Tuffen" that takes you around Lysekil. Or visit the House of the Sea and see what's in the water around it. Hike in the city park and enjoy flowers and the beautiful old buildings or pack your picnic basket and walk along the promenade or head out to Stångehuvud and enjoy the spectacle of the sea. Nice accommodation with generous living areas and large terrace Welcome to this newly renovated and pleasant villa with generous living areas, large garden plot with patio area in southwest location. Here you live pleasantly and cozyly close to Lysekil and the surrounding area's many beaches, golf course and other visiting excursion destinations. With a bus stop with the nearest neighbour, it is easy to get to and from this property if you do not want to use the car. In the surrounding area there are several nice walking paths where you can hike and maybe meet one of the forest animals or pick your own mushrooms. The villa consists of three floors, via the entrance stairs you enter a nice hall, further on this ground floor you will find kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. From the kitchen you enter a large dining room that turns into a living area with a cozy wood-burning stove, large comfortable sofa and TV. On this floor there is also the villa's bathroom with shower. From the hall leads upstairs to the upper level where you are met by a reading corner with a soft go sofa, a double bedroom and TV, a double bedroom and two single beds. The basement floor has a laundry room with a washing machine. From the dining room you reach a large patio area with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The patio area has an open part as well as a pergola so there is the possibility of both sun and shade when you barbecue and enjoy meals, discuss the day's adventures or plan for new ones. The villa has internet access. Lysekil, popularly known as the "City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea band. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us hikes on nature reserves and paths with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän.
