You are welcomed with a large terrace around the house and the entrance is at the back where you park the car. You enter a bright entrance, you are greeted by an open kitchen combined with a dining area and living room in a row with a wood burning stove, the surface is open and bright with large windows and a patio door that leads you out onto the terrace towards the lake. Along the bright hall are the three bedrooms with double beds and a lake view. In one of the bedrooms, a TV screen is placed but no channels. Two bathrooms, one with wc/sink and shower and just recently renovated. The larger bathroom has a very good standard with bath, shower, WC, washing machine and dryer. On the terrace, there is plenty of outdoor furniture, dining groups, barbecue, toys and a social area. The conservatory also has a view of the lake, wonderful to sit in the evenings under cover and enjoy the summer evenings. 130 meters below the house there is a bathing jetty that is shared with the neighbours, here you can take a dip or try your luck at fishing. 500 meters away is a fantastic beach. The advantages of this house are many, the area is quiet and rural with several nice bathing opportunities nearby. Rimforsa has a good grocery store close by, there is mini golf, commercial garden, paddle course and nice restaurants with scenic surroundings. Worth a visit is Rimforsa beach, and Storgården why not try their fantastic tasting menu. There is a fantastic promenade around lake Åsunden with many beautiful places and bathing cliffs. There is something to do for everyone when you plan your excursion destinations both in the nearby area or if you go into the city of Linköping 40 km away. There you can visit the air force museum, Old Linköping in the city quarter Valla, good shopping in the city and good food. Here you live in a beautiful location with a view of the beautiful Lake Älgsjön just 20 km outside Kisa. The cottage has a new kitchen that is open plan with the family room. From both the kitchen and the dining area you have a nice view of the lake and if you are a bit frozen, you can light a fire in the fireplace. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a washing machine. In one bedroom there is a double bed with an exit to the back and in the other there are two single beds. On the covered terrace you can sit and relax with a cup of coffee looking out over the calm lake. Next to the house you will find the guest cabin which has 2 single beds. The guest cabin has no key, it is always open. Just below the house you will find the lake (small gravel road lies between) where you can swim or take a trip with the rowing boat for free fishing in the lake (no nets or boat motors may be used). Welcome to this fantastic house with a lake plot and its own jetty by the clear waters of Lake Åsund. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the view that extends over the lake and the large terrace, 80 m below is your private bathing area with a small beach, jetty and rock bath. The house is secluded and here the large or small family can socialize on large areas both inside and out.
