The nearest neighbors are the cows that live in the pasture next door, which provide pleasant company during the holidays. This fine house with historical roots in the 19th century is incredibly beautiful in a cultural landscape with the forest outside the knot. The house has been completely renovated with a lot of flair. In the large country kitchen you will find all comforts but also a cozy and warming wood stove. The living room next to the kitchen has plenty of space for socializing and also a large dining area. On chilly evenings, you can light the stove and enjoy the glow of the fire. You enjoy sunny days in the beautiful glass veranda and feel the holiday calm coming your way. On the lower floor there is also a tasteful bedroom with a double bed (180) and a junior bed. Beautiful tiled stove but it is not fireable. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with wonderful ceiling height and a double bed (180). There is also a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (90+90) and a nice view of the surroundings. If you are traveling with infants, there is a travel cot to borrow. Large private garden and a cozy terrace (the hot tub may not be used). Fire up the grill, walk through the paddock down to the private pond and take a dip from the jetty. For convenience, there is a bathing ladder. The house is completely secluded and there is very little traffic nearby. Large garden with space for games and rest. Only a short drive to the nice bathing spot Jogen (4 km) or to Åsunden (13 km). Ulricehamn offers food, shopping and promenades along the lake. Visit Lassalyckan (14 km) with many fun activities such as mountain bike trails, paddling and soccer fields. In Borås you can visit Borås Zoo (49 km) where you can experience both Nordic and exotic animals. In summary, a really peaceful and pleasant accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Welcome to a large nice house in a rural idyll with proximity to Ulricehamn's city center. Here you live nicely with large areas and beautiful nature next door. This house is a private residence that they let out for rent during the summer. You have an inviting terrace with sun deck outside the house. Next door is a rippling stream and a beautiful magic forest. The house is large and everything is in one plan. Open floor plan where living room and kitchen are integrated into one. A perfect room for conversations with friends, family and good dinners. The house is bright and homely. You are welcomed into a large hall. To the left is one bathroom which is fully tiled with shower / toilet. Straight ahead, the living room and kitchen spread out together with the exit to the large terrace. To the left are two bedrooms. One with a double bed 180 cm and the other with a bed 140cm. To the right is the master bedroom with a double bed 180cm. To this bedroom is another bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Everything is very well planned and homely. The house shares a plot with another guest cottage located next to the garage. Not far from your accommodation is Lassalyckan which serves food and is a large nice leisure facility with nice trails for those who want to hike, jog, mountain bike or cross-country ski. Here you can also rent bicycles and canoes. The Ulricehamn Ski Center is about a 10-minute drive from your accommodation. Swimming is advantageous in the beautiful lake Ã…sunden which is about 3 km away and is very popular for swimming and fishing.
