Welcome to lovely Ingarö, near Stockholm with its pulse, entertainment and restaurants, but also close to beautiful nature, nice coves, cliffs and mushroom forests. The house has a nice bathing bay nearby and a large plot for play and games. Just outside the plot there is a large lawn if you want to play football. The house is original, simple but charming and cozy, with a living room at an angle with a fireplace for rough evenings. A veranda with glass windows leads out to the terrace, where you are welcome to set your breakfast in the morning sun, sunbathe or grill your dinner. There is water in the house, but when you wash the dishes or brush your teeth, you have to pour water into a tub from the faucet, but then throw the water out at the back of the house. However, the shower works as usual. Fully modern 1 year old incinerator toilet. There are two bedrooms in the house, a family bunk bed in one with a wider base, and two single beds in the other. On the plot there is a guest house that contains a single bed and a bunk bed if you want to live a little for yourself. From the guest house you also have a glimpse of the sea. Just over 10 km from the cottage is Björkvik's sea bath, with a lovely long beach and shallow water, where you are happy to spend a whole day with a packed lunch.

You live next door to fantastic nature where nice walks can be enjoyed, mushroom and berry picking, bathing places in both sea and lake within a few hundred meters distance. At the family-friendly beach Stora Sand you can also enjoy a good piece of food at Bistro Björkvik. The whole of Värmdö has a unique nature with several different nature reserves and promotes a rich outdoor life. Nearby you can also play golf and paddle. Let yourself also explore the central parts of Sweden's capital with cultural attractions such as the Castle, City Hall and the children's favorites such as Skansen and Gröna Lund. Good to know!
