Thatched bungalow with private terrace

About Property

Tucked away in the charming Parc de Kievit near the Dutch-Belgian border, this thatched bungalow offers a warm blend of comfort, luxury, and nature, perfect for up to six guests. The moment you step inside, the spacious living room feels like an embrace of calm, filled with natural light streaming through large windows. The air-conditioned space opens up to a lofted ceiling and a modern open kitchen with a cooking island, a spot where slow breakfasts and shared laughter come naturally. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and both a Nespresso and filter coffee maker, ready for your morning ritual.

Two cozy bedrooms and a sleek bathroom with shower and bath are located on the ground floor, while a staircase leads to a tranquil master suite upstairs, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Throughout the home, comfort meets consciousness — even the hot water comes from a sustainable heat pump system. Step outside onto your private terrace overlooking a quiet pond, where you can unwind with a book or a glass of wine as the day softens into evening.

The park itself is alive with possibilities: stroll or cycle through forested trails, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, or share a meal at the friendly brasserie. Children can play freely, while adults can enjoy tennis or explore nearby attractions from the magical Efteling amusement park to the charming streets of Tilburg or the scenic golf course at Landgoed Utrecht in Esbeek.

Whether you come for rest or adventure, this bungalow offers the best of both, a serene retreat in nature where every detail feels designed to make you feel at home.
