A great house in a well-maintained, quiet complex. The place itself, as well as the surroundings, have so much to offer. Excellent infrastructure for cyclists, so many beautiful spots and places, and impressive structures to protect the coast. We will definitely come back.

The bungalow park WaterResort Oosterschelde in Wemeldinge is located about 1 km outside the village and is currently under construction (therefore still without its own reception). You will receive the bungalow key + information sheets from the very friendly staff at the reception of the closely neighboring resort Stelhoeve. With English you can get along very well, German is difficult. Our rented bungalow was very idyllic on the edge of the field on the northern tip of the area and offered for us (2 people) more than enough space (additional bedroom with double bed is available). Everything is on one level. The kitchenette is equipped with rich crockery and cutlery and the dishwasher is easy to use. The location of the oven above the refrigerator (middle oven about 170 cm above ground) is slightly unfavorable for practical operation. We missed a microwave and a toaster, which could have given the soft bread a bit more stability. In an externally accessible installation room we were able to accommodate our two bikes very well. When exposed to sunlight, the bungalow heats up quickly and high, but through the many glass doors can be ventilated quickly and a "normal" temperature can be produced. After returning from day trips, the indoor thermometer often showed 36-38 degrees! The construction noise on working days by preparing (excavation, compaction, concrete pouring) and building ever new bungalows (delivery complete on a low loader, which is lifted by crane truck on the concrete slab) is not to be missed, but not very disturbing. At the weekend there is little worked. Overall, a very nice, quiet and nature-loving location of the bungalow park. By bike you reach after about 2 km on the dam the sand / Watt beach. In the places chapel and Goes one can stroll well and buy. The proximity to Belgium also offers trips to Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels. OH

New building, unfortunately partly with old furniture delivered. Unfortunately, in the bedroom you can not use the closet, is a very old showcase and no wardrobe. The tables are old as are all other seating.
