About Property
Welcome to this fun-filled, pet-friendly holiday home in the heart of Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad’s Kids Quarter—purposefully designed for families! Just 1.2 km from the serene North Sea beach and 16 km from Knokke’s vibrant Belgian coast, this modern detached home offers a perfect mix of play, comfort, and relaxation. With a charming open-plan living area, streaming-enabled smart TV, and a children’s playhouse, it’s a cozy hub for the entire family.
Spread across two spacious floors, the home features four bedrooms—two with ensuite bathrooms, a kid's room with two playful box beds, and another ensuite downstairs for added privacy. Little ones can enjoy the private or shared playground directly accessible from your garden, while adults unwind on the covered terrace. And your furry companions are more than welcome! Take scenic dog walks on Nieuwvliet Beach (dogs are allowed all year, with leash-free hours), explore pet-friendly trails at Zwin Nature Park, or grab a snack at one of the beachfront cafés offering water bowls and treats for pets.
From beachside pancakes to fresh seafood in nearby Cadzand and family-friendly restaurants in Breskens, you’ll find plenty of culinary gems within reach. After a day of swimming at the park’s indoor and outdoor pools or sandcastle building on the beach, your cozy home awaits—tailored for memory-making, laughter, and wagging tails.
