We stayed in a 6-person villa, and it was just right for our family, The kids enjoyed the living/dining room, and the infrared sauna was a nice touch for unwinding after our beach outings, Everything was clean and well-maintained,

We wanted to take our dog with us. Unfortunately, it was forgotten to inform the landlord about this. So our dog had to stay at home. An alternative house was not available.

We had a beautiful house, but were pleasantly surprised by the inventory. For example, a washing machine and dryer were not listed. If we had known this, we could have taken detergent with us. However, we were able to use the dryer to dry the bed linen that we had booked, as it was delivered wet! I still think the final cleaning fee is too high, but it could be cleaner, but with a dog in the apartment, it gets dirty quickly. The parking staff are always quick to help, very good. The beds were very comfortable, the infrared sauna was great, the apartment was a great size for 5 people, the terrace only had a short roof, but it had a heater, which was excellent. All in all, we would be happy to come back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would like to share my concerns. First of all, the booked house was not made available. I had made a reservation in advance for a specific holiday home that was shown as available on your website. However, upon my arrival I was told that the house was inexplicably unavailable. This type of miscommunication and lack of availability control on the part of the company is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience to me and my fellow travelers. In addition, the noise from construction sites near the replacement cottage was unbearable. Instead of recovering in a pleasant and relaxing environment, we were disturbed by constant construction noise. It is extremely frustrating that we were not informed of this situation in advance as we would then have had the opportunity to look for alternative accommodation. Customer service during my stay was also disappointing. My complaints were not dealt with properly and I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. The staff were unfriendly and uncooperative which contributed to an overall poor experience. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced when making my booking and during my stay. It is unfortunate that my holiday experience was marred by these negative experiences.
