About Property
The homes at 'De Pier' holiday park all have their own identity. What the accommodations have in common is their country-style look, which perfectly matches the splendid surroundings.
There are various 6-person holiday homes and they have all the characteristics you would expect to find in a proper home.
The 'Comfort Farmhouse' (NL-5406-12) is far from standard. The unusual modern interior adds to the special atmosphere. And, of course, this home also offers all modern comforts.
The 'Extra Luxury Villa' (NL-5406-13) home has a playful interior with the kitchen as a central focus. You won't want for anything here. There are two bathrooms, each bedroom comes with its own TV and you'll have a sauna at your disposal on the first floor.
The 'Basic Farmhouse' (NL-5406-15) is equipped with most modern necessities.
The 'Luxury Villa' (NL-5406-16) is a magnificent villa designed around two important aspects: space and comfort!
In addition, this holiday park offers a ground floor, 4-person bungalow (NL-5406-14). Just like all the other accommodations, this one also has an attractive interior, immediately making you feel at home.
All home types have at least one parking place and a lovely terrace with garden furniture.
Remarks
You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immed

We reserved two holiday homes at Sandberghe for a team meeting event. Our group stayed through two intensive workshop days but as the location is in such a beautiful location, we were able to incorporate wonderful walks exploring the area. It was a great combination. The homes are very comfortable and park staff are so friendly. The restaurant just at the end of the park entrance is great also, making it super convenient for a special group meal.

The Basic Farmhouse was straightforward but met all our needs, The fridge-freezer was spacious enough for our groceries, and the DVD player kept us entertained during the evenings, A solid choice for a family getaway,

We enjoyed our time at De Pier holiday park, but I wouldn't say it was perfect, The Basic Farmhouse had all the essentials, and it was clean and tidy, However, we felt a bit cramped for our group of six, The location is nice and quiet, making it a good spot for relaxation, but don't expect any entertainment nearby, Overall, it met our needs, but I think there are better options if you're looking for a bit more space

We were called in advance that no one was present on arrival. We looked up our villa and the key was hanging at the door. We have not seen anyone in the days and the reception only seems to have been on the day we were leaving. The villa was beautiful, everything was there, beautiful surroundings.
