We were received very friendly. Beautiful, clean and very spacious holiday home, good beds, 2 bathrooms, spacious sofa, large TV, and a beautiful terrace. Incidentally, there was WIFI available! Restaurant and supermarket within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings, plenty to see. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is beyond expectations! Very spacious living room with a nice lounge sofa, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and (contrary to the information received) excellent WiFi. And Julia is also a very hospitable host!

The apartment is very spacious, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The contact with the landlords was limited. In the area of Längenfeld is enough to undertake, walks on suspension bridge, to local waterfall, the Aqua Dome thermal bath, the Stuibenfall (at Umhausen), highest waterfall in Tyrol.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in the Ötztal. The reception was fine, the cottage was good to find. The apartment is spacious, clean and fully equipped. We got more than enough clean towels. In the valley is enough to do, for young and old. We have been with a girl of 4 and we have not bored ourselves a moment.

The house was clean and well maintained and a spacious house with comfortable beds and sofa. Everything was there. We were received very enthusiastically. Towels were replaced in the middle of the week. Very nice environment. The only downside was that it was sometimes a bit cold inside.

The ski was great. It just did everything fit The slopes were well and the weather to die for! And then a great apartment. Clean, 2 bathrooms and everything else you could need. And nice landlord. What more do you want ?

We enjoyed our holiday very much. The house is very centrally located. The apartment was very clean and met all criteria described. From here, we can send my regards to Mrs. Green again. Thanks for the nice Betreuung.Man has to do something in the area a lot of options (go in Imst archery, karting, mountain pass Timmelsjoch, Sölden \/ Glacier and of course hiking and climbing uv, m). The classic in Längenfeld itself is, of course, the Aqua Dome. A very nice and unusual swimming pool for adults and children. For sustenance is in Langenfeld also catered (plenty of bakeries and restaurants !!!). -) Our conclusion A beautiful apartment and a very nice holiday resort. Clear recommendation from us.

House is spacious. decor functional but sombre colors. Liesl grandmother runs the house for her daughter. Grandma Liesl determine for how to run the business. So she was not happy that we only wanted to leave at 1000 hours because the cleaning lady always came to 900 hours. On departure, incidentally noticed anything.

Beautiful luxury home, friendly hostess! Within walking distance Legner waterfall and hangbrucke, nice village. Also easy starting by bus to other towns in the valley. So for us a place to definitely go back again.

Had wonderful holidays. The garden is shared with Mrs. Gruner, who occasionally walks by (their visit). Since the environment is superb, we were not in the house. you're right in the Oetztal. You can do plenty in the area. Tip buy a Ötztalkarte. It lets you save a lot of money. For three or seven days on sale at the Information (including weekends open). We were there with two kids (9 and 4). The house is very big and you can sit outside. The bath and shower were a plus! Furthermore, the house was very clean, which was nice.

If you see the picture you think you're pretty open views, but that's not the case. Houses around. When the sun shines you can enjoy it all day. If you sit in the garden you should not be surprised that a neighbor / neighbor / grandmother continues. The apartment is fine and was nice and warm on arrival. We had a great holiday. Nice weather so we could walk much. Nearby are great hiking trails marked in different degrees. The Timmelsjoch was an experience because you drove by between 3 meter high snow walls. The apartment was fine. Fully furnished. Friendly owner. In short, it was fantastic!

On the outskirts of Langenfeld, you will find this beautiful two-bedroom flat for a small family or a group of four people. The flat is located near the Utztal Arena and offers a furnished terrace where you can relax with a cool drink until it's time for lessons.
Langenfeld is particularly popular thanks to its thermal spa, the Aqua Dome. Shops, restaurants and the ski bus stop are close to the flat. In winter, a free ski bus takes you to the Utztal Arena, Sölden and Tz ski resorts, where you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding. You can head to the town centre 0.5 km away and enjoy wandering the streets in the evening.
The ground floor flat has a spacious living and dining room with a cosy atmosphere. Central heating is provided for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the private terrace and have meals outdoors. The open-plan kitchen has a coffee machine and an oven for preparing quick snacks at any time. A cot and high chair are available. Parking is available.
