Joffrey's place is fantastic! It is situated in a wonderful area, close to the Metro, supermarkets, and eateries, The flat is located within a secure gated community, making it very safe, even though the neighborhood itself is also very safe, We felt like we were living amongst locals, The beds and bedding are excellent, and the towels are amazing! As a family of four, we had plenty of space, especially with the spacious bedrooms, We didn't cook during our stay, but the kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and utensils, Thank you for a wonderful stay Joffrey, We will definitely return to your place!

This apt has an issue with people outside the windows EVERY night. Talking and partying till late at night. I will have to post a negative review on this site because of this noise. I have to sleep with green noise running and that does not really help. Not good for families or anyone not out till 1am partying, unacceptably loud.
