The host was prompt in responses, and offered effective problem-solving assistance, for which I'm grateful, The guidance provided by the host was clear, though I initially made a mistake, You don't need to ascend any stairs, just make a right turn on the ground floor, It was simple to locate the front door key, but opening the door required some time, however, after several tries, I got the hang of it, I adore the peaceful and clean neighborhood where the house is situated

A modern and functional apartment in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, The building itself is very nice inside and the surroundings are also pleasant, A supermarket is about 5 minutes away, All amenities are available, except for a dishwasher, It is quiet as the apartment is in the back building, A practical and comfortable sofa bed that is already made up, The apartment is a little dark but offers a nice terrace in the courtyard, There are modern TVs in both rooms, Check-in was problematic for us as the second door did not open with the instructions, A friendly neighbor opened the door for us, The carpet in the seating area had a lot of stains, otherwise the cleanliness was good, The water in the shower does not drain properly when you shower with a higher water pressure, Overall it was still a good stay,

It was terrible. You sent us the access instructions from an email I didn't recognize, so I had to stay in a hotel the first night at midnight.
The next day, they resent the instructions, but they didn't work, so I had to check in while a resident was leaving. When I got upset with someone on the phone receiving instructions, they hung up on me and never answered.
Who's going to pay for the hotel night I shouldn't have paid for?
