Hallo, ein wunderschÃ¶nes Domizil, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Eine tolle Ausstattung in der ganzen Wohnung.Sauber,ordentlich, modern ,einfach klasse ,nur zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt auch so zentral ,das alle mÃ¶glichen Wahrzeichen in der Umgebung besichtigt werden kÃ¶nnen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.Danke fÃ¼r die schÃ¶nen Tage.

We had a wonderful holiday between Koblenz and Trier. The holiday apartment is top-notch, everything is new and beautifully furnished. We didn't lack anything. The friendly landlords live 3 streets away and can be contacted easily. From the town of Roes you can easily reach all the important places. All in all, highly recommended and we would gladly go back. Note: there were no mosquitoes in August :-) and the bar owner makes a fantastic pizza, handmade and you can put it together yourself.

Het is een mooi huisje aan een hofje. We waren de enige in het hofje dus konden in alle rust genieten. De tuin is alleen te bereiken door de stal maar kan wel gebruikt worden en kijkt meteen uit op de paardenrenbak. Hij was wel iets kleiner dan we vanuit de foto's dachten maar ruim genoeg voor ons gezin. Het was tijdens ons verblijf een aantal dagen erg warm (>30 graden) zonder dat het 's nacht afkoelde dan is het niet prettig om in het bed bovenin het huis te slapen, we hebben de matrassen toen in de woonkamer gelegd. Er is geen airco en er zijn geen horren om insecten buiten te houden dus met warm weer is het wel een beetje schipperen om de temperatuur onder controle te houden binnen zonder dat er allerlei beestje naar binnen vliegen. De locatie was super, we hebben ons 6 dagen goed kunnen vermaken met wandelingen, kastelen, stadjes en zwembaden (alles binnen 5-30 min te bereiken). De host is heel vriendelijk, de instructies die in het huis liggen zijn wel wat summier (wel duidelijk als het eenmaal uitgelegd is) dus even goed vragen hoe het werkt met mogelijkheid tot wassen / afvalscheiden en uitchecken.

We really enjoyed our stay, The WiFi was reliable, and the cable TV was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings, The nearby dining options were also a plus, especially the Gasthof/Pension zum Dorfkrug!
