The pictures of the apartment do not lie. Everything was exactly as stated. Everything clean and tidy. The transfer was absolutely problem-free. Coffee, sugar, water and wine were available and could be used. All in all a nice place to stay.

To begin with, I would like to say that the coordination and reception was perfectly arranged by Gabrielle. The Rosé was cold, everything looked great and we received sufficient explanation. She was always available during our stay. In addition, the apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. More than enough space and with all comforts / luxury. Perfect. The use of the communal pool was also ideal for us. Often we were the only two present. Due to the heat, the air conditioning gave the necessary cooling (was definitely necessary). In addition, the view from our balcony was beautiful. Furthermore, everything you need is within walking distance. In the morning, take a walk to the bakery and get fruit at "neighborhood supermarket" and in the evening, within a 5-minute walk, several restaurants where it could be eaten. We also visited Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez. We have, and that is a must, the trip to Monaco by train. Given the heavy traffic there I would say "leave the car". In short, we had a wonderful holiday in which the accommodation is a very big plus. We will definitely come back here.

Location is perfect, right on the sea. Apartment is small but very neat and well equipped. Doable with 3 people but for 2 is better. Large and good bed on the loft. Hot water does run out quickly, but there must be a boiler somewhere in the building.

Beautiful location with swimming pool and beach on your doorstep and many nice places within a good distance as well as super U and Le Clerc. However, pay attention to the dimensions of the bed sizes and the costs for final cleaning and mandatory bed linen afterwards.

A nice apartment in a beautiful villa. It is very suitable for two people, modern, well-furnished. There are a few small shops within walking distance, but for many groceries you need the car, about a 10-minute drive away. Walking is laborious. By car you can drive along the coast and visit beautiful places and good food.

The apartment is fine, but not spacious. Including through the reduced void, but also by the low ceilings in the hall, the bathroom and the 2nd bedroom. There is also only one seat for 2 people. However, an excellent bed, moreover, on the mezzanine. In the apartment are many pensioners who have their 2nd home. No children in the complex to play. Or at the beach in front of the door. And that is the biggest plus of this property. The beach location is perfect. Also two nice restaurants on the beach within walking distance.

Many ways the amenities and the beach were very good, the actual capital of Saint Raphael \\ r \\ Nwar but about 5 Km away, so had to be done by car. \\ R \\ nHunde were not allowed on the beach, and the n ์ HSTE dog run area and about 6 km away, otherwise all very good.

R nThe apartment (as correctly stated in the description) is not very big but also because from the balcony certainly plenty spacious and very functional. r nThe train that stops almost at the door is super convenient to Cannes, Nice to visit Monaco.

Villa on Côte d'Azur with Beachfront Views
Enjoy the riches of the Côte d'Azur in style and optimally. In this unique and stately Villa, right on the beach, with its beautiful park garden with spacious swimming pool, you can completely relax. From the south-facing terrace you will dream away with the view of the Mediterranean sea and the sound of the waves.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. During the renovation, a perfect balance has been found between comfort, taste, luxury and preservation of the original appearance. The void with a height of 1 m 80 will be on the low side for a few, but when you look at the comfortable bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and furnishings, you are not inclined to stand for long. All the more so since you have a view of the Mediterranean from your bed.
There is a gated, secured parking for those arriving by car. Although there are of course numerous fantastic day trips to make, a car is not really necessary here as almost all facilities are within walking distance. Via the station you have quick access to Nice, Cannes and even Monaco.

Unique location directly by the sea. A park-like, ca.7000 m² plot with exclusive access for authorized users, for total privacy for residents and guests, and safety.
The apartment faces south with views of the sea, pool and garden. Quiet location and near the villa (about 3 minutes walk) is a small harbor with nice restaurants. Good shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets, beach accessories) can be found in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The center can be reached in about 5 minutes walk, where you can find more shops, bank, post office and doctor practice.
The apartment is ideal for 2 adults with 2 children.
There is also a train station with direct connection to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. With the bus stop "at the door", there are good connections to St. Raphael.
From the park of the villa you go through a garden exit directly to the beach "Plage de la Tortue."
Located in the park overlooking the sea, a swimming pool of 7m x 12 m with a spacious terrace and a magnificent view over the sea.
