The homeowner will contact you to pay this deposit. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the house has been delivered free of defects. Shortages and damages will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant within 14 days after the end of the rental period, minus any extras booked. Please note that if the house is not delivered broom clean and the garbage has been cleared away, we will charge 50.00 euros for extra cleaning and 15.00 euros for clearing up any garbage left behind etc.
