This new, exclusive holiday villa complex creates a cozy and comfortable living space with an open-plan living area and individually furnished bedrooms. The spacious house extends over 200 m² with a generous terrace and a stunning swimming pool.

Luxury villa located in the botanical garden of the Biokovo Nature Park in Makarska. Surrounded by pristine nature, this newly built villa offers numerous amenities and entertainment: a swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness equipment, billiards, darts, a dance pole, and much more. The house consists of the ground floor and the first floor, where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a triple bed, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and very good, fully functional kitchen. The living room is very elegant and offers everything you need for entertainment, including a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. A sofa bed for one child is also located in the apartment.
