The house is 215 m² and was built in 1995, and in 2013 the house underwent a partial renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with a shower, washbasin and toilet, and a washing machine and dryer in one of them. The indoor swimming pool offers plenty of opportunities for play and socializing. The pool measures 3.5 m x 4.6 m and is up to 1.4 m deep. The activity room has billiards, table tennis, darts and table football. Relax in the sauna and the 2-person indoor hot tub.
