Well-located and well-maintained vacation home in the heart of the HimmerLand Golf and Spa Resort. The location is perfect for avid golfers and nature lovers, as Lake Sjørup Sø is only about 550 m away. Good room layout in the vacation home. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen/living area for family life, with access to the terrace, modern furniture, and a smart TV where you can stream your own TV services. Both a climate-friendly heat pump and a cozy wood-burning stove are available for heating. The lower floor also has a bathroom. Upstairs in the attic, you will find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The house has a beautiful terrace area with garden furniture where you can enjoy your dinner while watching the sun go down.
