The house has a beautiful wooden terrace, a nice annex with its own bathroom and a lovely large plot with plenty of space to romp around. The renovated kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave is open to the living room with TV, WIFI, heat pump and wood-burning stove. One bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), which can be made into a double bed, one bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and one bedroom has a bunk bed (85x190). There is also a lovely annex with a double bed (180x200), which can be set up as two single beds (90x200) if needed. The annex has a nice bathroom and a heat pump. The Kærgården holiday home area is beautifully situated right by the fjord/Krik vig and approx. 7 km from the North Sea. Kærgården has a common area with mini golf, petanque, playground and green areas for free use.
