Well-appointed holiday cottage located on a natural plot with lawn. The house has a large living room in open connection to the kitchen which was renovated in 2006. Digital satellite. One bedroom has a PlayStation 3 and 22" TV with DVD player. The mezzanine has 14" TV with DVD player. The living room has 32" TV, DVD player, satellite and a soundbar with jack socket for PC etc. After a long day you can relax in the whirlpool, sauna or enjoy the steam cabin. There is a large, partially covered terrace of 30 m² with outdoor kitchen. There is also a carport for the car and 2 additional parking spaces. Wind breaker connected to the tool shed and a large terrace with a sandpit and playhouse. In the shed you will find toys for the sandpit. On a secluded plot in a rural location, this Spanish-style holiday cottage is close to the trees. The decor is personal and kept in rustic peasant style. Particularly appealing is the kitchen with the beautiful barn doors. The living room, with a wood-burning stove made of cast iron, you can see directly into the pool area, which has underfloor heating, and where you can swim in a 36 m² large swimming pool. The pool room of 75 m² is also equipped with a seating area and table tennis, remember racquets and balls, so you're ready for a match. From the pool room there is access to a large terrace where you can arrange cosy barbecues by the solid brick grill table. There are 2 terraces, so there is ample opportunity for sun all day. A night the outdoor grill provides cosy atmosphere during the outdoor cooking. The house is located at the front dune row at Henne, a popular holiday town with lots of shops and a water park. Many sights in the area, e.g. Esbjerg, Varde, Oksbøl, Givskud and Billund.
