In the immediate surroundings you will find endless walking routes, close to the beach and picturesque villages. It is very peaceful, yet close to all shops, sports facilities, beach, sea and numerous places of interest. The first thing you see as soon as you step onto the terrace is the beautiful blue lake "Les Etangs de Bages". The villa is located 2km the lake "Les Etangs de Bages". There are several hiking trails including in the nature reserve located behind the villa. Close to the villa (6 km) is the village of Bages; one of the most beautiful villages close to Narbonne. Part of Bages is on a cliff at the edge of the lagoon, and another part is on the water's edge. Bages is a charming village with thin streets. Flamingos can often be seen in the lagoon and there is also fishing by local fishermen. A 13 km drive away is Narbonne-Plage. This beach is especially popular with families. Besides swimming, you can also fish, sail or ride horses here. If you have a boat, or would like to rent one, you can go to the port of Narbonne Plage.
