Our holiday home is located in the quiet village of Neukirchen, directly on the Flensburg Fjord with stunning views of the "Danish South Sea." Five rooms are available in a spacious living area. Two large roof terraces with stunning views across the Baltic Sea to neighboring Denmark are also included, as are two ground-level terraces. One is the covered "breakfast terrace," accessible from the kitchen, living room, and dining room, and the other is the sunny, wind- and view-protected south-facing terrace in the courtyard. This also features a small wooden sauna with an outdoor shower and one of the entrances to the recreation area with table tennis, foosball, and some fitness equipment.

A bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) is located on the ground floor, and another bedroom with a box-spring bed, TV, and additional sofa bed is located upstairs. The large bathroom on the ground floor, with underfloor heating, heated towel rails, and a floor-to-ceiling mosaic shower, also features a sauna for relaxation. There is an additional small bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor.

The Hasenhaus is an old thatched-roof cottage from 1840, which was completely renovated in 2009 without losing its original charm.

The holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained apartment building directly on the beach in Holnis. It can accommodate a total of 6 people. The property is on the 1st floor. The bright and very spacious living room offers a large dining area and a seating area with two leather sofas. These can be used as sofa beds. The balcony is furnished and, like the living room, offers direct sea views. The beach is directly in front of the holiday home. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything guests need for self-catering. A dishwasher is available. The bedroom on the 1st floor is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers and facing the rear, towards the meadows. This bedroom also has a small balcony. The second bedroom is located in the open attic and is accessed via a staircase in the living room. This upper sleeping area is open, like a gallery. It is also furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two large skylights and the gallery provide plenty of light. A desk and a recliner are also available for our guests. The shower room on the first floor is also equipped with a washing machine. A private parking space is available at the holiday home.
