The combined living and dining area features a leather couch that can be converted into an additional bed. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need: a dishwasher, stove, microwave with grill function, kettle, toaster, and capsule coffee machine. You will also appreciate the modern shower room; a hairdryer and towels are provided. From the large, furnished balcony, you have a fantastic view of the mountains! Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, private underground parking, a lockable ski or bicycle storage room, and shared use of the laundry and drying room. If you don't want to prepare your own breakfast, you can enjoy it at the neighboring Kur-Cafe.

The Enzian apartment is part of Haus Schwalbennest and enjoys a very quiet location on a spacious meadow on the sunny side of Inzell. The ice rink, the village center, the spa park, the cycling and hiking trails, the cross-country ski trail, the natural swimming lake, and the indoor pool with sauna area are all just a few minutes' walk from our house.
