The spacious living room with a built-in kitchen has a total area of 25m². The living room also has a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchenette with appliances for 4 people includes an electric 2-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a mini-oven. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, designer mirror, and a washing machine. The bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a sideboard. All windows of the holiday apartment are equipped with electric shutters and insect screens.

You reach the holiday apartment via a private entrance. On the ground floor there is the living area with the kitchenette (fully equipped: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 4-burner electric stove with oven). The living-dining room is modernly furnished with a separate dining area, leather couch, cable/TV + radio. On the 1st floor there are the two bedrooms with free-standing double beds (no bunk beds), spring mattresses with height-adjustable slatted frames, allergy-friendly beds, as well as a shower and toilet. The entire apartment is equipped with laminate flooring and underfloor heating. The east-south terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast and is a great place to sunbathe. You have your own parking space on the property.

Hiking, biking, swimming but also the walk to the nearest supermarket and bakery can be easily done from the centrally located house.

Built as if it were our own home, you'll find a ground-floor, step-free apartment with custom-made joinery, large natural stone tiles, wooden parquet flooring, a Nordic sauna with infrared and changing colored light, large windows overlooking the 18 square meter south-facing terrace, and an underground parking space for your car up to 2 meters high. An elevator takes you from the underground garage to the ground-floor apartment.
