The property is over 400 square meters and surrounded by a fence and a hedge. It is only 100 m from the holiday home to the lake. Bicycles can be rented in Göhren-Lebbin. There is also a seating area and camping furniture, a grill and a lawn for sunbathing as well as a sun lounger.

This new stationary houseboat is a floating holiday home and has its permanent mooring in the island town of Malchow directly on Lake Malchow.
