The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, ensuring a restful stay. The wellness bathroom includes a rain shower for moments of relaxation. The apartment also includes a designated parking space (space no. 1) for your convenience. The holiday apartment is an excellent starting point for various activities such as island tours, jogging, cycling, and enjoying nature. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a kitchenette and a breakfast bar for meals. For entertainment, high-speed internet with 100 Mbit via Wi-Fi is available, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. In our modern holiday apartment on the edge of Borkum's old, quiet town center and not far from the South Beach, a bright and inviting home awaits you, decorated in natural colors inspired by the island's landscape. You'll find two bedrooms, a welcoming bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large south/southwest-facing balcony accessible from the living area, where you can even enjoy the evening sun after a relaxing day. The fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living area has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The "Lütje Kaap" apartment offers a tranquil retreat with its own garden, where the sounds of the surf and seagulls are the dominant accompaniment. Despite its peaceful location, the main attractions of the island town are within easy walking distance. This excellent location is the perfect base for your stay on Borkum. The box-spring beds ensure restful nights – the beds are 1.60 x 2 meters and 2 x 0.90 x 2 meters, each with a continuous mattress topper for maximum comfort. Both bedrooms are also equipped with reading lights, power outlets by the bed, and spacious wardrobes. The fully equipped kitchen allows you complete freedom from menus and opening hours, even though the island's best restaurants are located nearby. The fully equipped kitchen includes: a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop with extractor hood, oven and microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, various pots and pans, egg cooker, waffle iron, stand mixer, knife block and cookbook, sandwich toaster, air fryer, and food processor. Naturally, you'll also find a selection of wine and champagne glasses – and, since we're still in East Frisia, a tea set as well. From there, it's about a two-minute walk to the main promenade on the North Beach. The apartment also includes a parking space for a car and bicycles. Bicycles can also be parked in the underground garage. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the building's basement. The apartment also includes a clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and a first-aid kit. For little Borkum adventurers, a travel cot and highchair are available upon request – at no extra charge.

A Marshall speaker is provided so you can enjoy your podcasts and playlists in excellent sound quality while on Borkum. You are also welcome to use the small library and board games. The door in the living area leads to the terrace. There you will find a seating area, a beach chair, and a charcoal grill. The terrace is equipped with wind and privacy screens, as well as a parasol. From the terrace, you can access the garden. It takes approximately two minutes to climb Herrmannshöhe, a dune with a viewing platform, from the house. You are located right next to the island's green lung, the "Greune Stee." The coastline of the South Beach is easily accessible via small paths. In addition to the beach chair on the terrace, you can also use a beach chair at the South Beach free of charge. This is included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The apartment also includes a parking space for a car and bicycles. In the utility room, you will find a washer-dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. A first-aid kit is located in the bathroom. Besides the clothes rack, you can also use the extendable clothesline in the shower area, for example, to hang swimwear and towels from your trip to the beach.
