The fully furnished holiday apartment is located in the backyard of a single-family house, in a quiet location and in the immediate vicinity of the Eiderdeich in the Olversum district. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with 4 plates, refrigerator with freezer compartment and seating for 4 people. The living room and bedroom have a comfortable seating area and a double bed as well as a television with satellite TV. The small bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 children. All rooms are flooded with light and lovingly furnished. The green beach and the sea water swimming pool are only about 250 m away. About 30 m to the Eiderdeich and about 50 m to the water. The small bedroom was renovated and refurbished at the beginning of 2022. The bathroom was renovated in 2019.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a floor-level shower, while the second bathroom on the first floor has a shower and a free-standing bathtub. From Easter 2024 you will also have the option of optionally booking the identical holiday home Eiderhuus for an arrival with 12 people, if available.
