The kitchen and living area as well as the bedrooms also feature elaborate granite work, such as the kitchen countertop, granite shelves, and granite window sills. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The bright kitchen is fully equipped – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. And when the sun slowly sets in the evening, the spacious wooden terrace, which was renovated in 2025, with its comfortable garden furniture and barbecue, invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. In addition to the patio furniture, there are also deck chairs and a sandstone seal. On cooler days, the crackling fireplace in the living area creates a wonderfully warm and relaxed atmosphere. The garden is perfect for playing, sunbathing, or simply being outdoors. The house is non-smoking, modernly furnished, and equipped with central heating—so you can feel completely comfortable in any season. The location is simply ideal: just a few meters away from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, large pirate playground, and indoor play park in the whale building. Whether it's bike tours through the coastal landscape, a trip to the water park, or a relaxing day at the beach – there is something for everyone to discover here.
