This beautiful, light-flooded holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor in the heart of Apulia with a wide view of the crystal-clear Ionian Sea. From the large roof terrace you can enjoy the wonderful view of the colorful sunset with a glass of local wine. The apartment has 3.5 rooms and is quietly situated on a walled plot. A special highlight is the large roof terrace (approx. 80 sqm, with a lounge area) and the 2 verandas, but the apartment also impresses inside with its amenities and cozy furnishings. The living and dining area with a completely redesigned kitchenette (walled with marble top) is very open and airy. There is an open passage from the kitchen into the living room.
