What immediately strikes you when you enter is the enormous amount of light through the many windows and beautiful large sliding doors, giving you the ultimate outdoor experience. The villa has a unique location with a large roof terrace facing south with stunning views over the park. The villa with underfloor heating has 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms and the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. The luxurious open kitchen, with cooking island and large dining table, is fully equipped including a Quooker faucet. The spacious garden, with automatic sprinkler system, is enclosed around and equipped with several terraces, a jetty and parking for at least 3 cars. In connection with peace and quiet, the park must be quiet at 10 p.m. It is also not allowed to play loud music during the day.
