The villa is located on 1300 m2 of dune land with lots of privacy at the end of a dead end street next to the edge of the forest and the dunes of Roosdunen. Through the dunes it is about a 10 minute walk to Ballumerstrand and also 10 minutes to the picturesque village of Ballum. A 5-minute walk away is the outdoor swimming pool where you have free entrance (1/2 May till September). Around Ballum you will find beautiful nature reserves for walking and cycling and from here you can easily explore the entire island. Layout house The design has mainly thought about your comfort. There is a practical utility room (with separate entrance) ideal for boots, beach gear or wet coats; here is also an outside tap, sink, washing machine / dryer combination. In the spacious hall you will find the toilet and the stairs to the top. Alegria has a spacious, attractive living room with a comfortable sitting area, flat screen television, underfloor heating and a gas fireplace. In the bookcase you will find, in addition to a large stock of books, also board games. There is an open kitchen with a large table where you can eat with 10 people.
