The holiday house sits on a hilltop, 80 metres from the closest neighbour, and with two annexes. The double beds in the cottage and in the annex are 120 cm wide. The two single beds in the other annex can be combined into a double bed. The main cottage has a 48 inch TV with channels that covers most of Europe with Astra 1, including Skandinavia with Canal Digital. Fridge with 80 litre freezer and a separate freezer with 200 litres. Lights and heating in both annexes. This is a great starting point for excursions to most of Sør-Trøndelag. There is a small beach 400 metres away. In the harbour 1 km away, there is a 19 ft Kværnø with 80 hp 4-stroke motor and Garmin 7-inch GPS/sonar/chartplotter available for rent. You can also rent an 18 ft Rana boat with 20 hp Yamaha (2017 model) 4-stroke motor (9,9 hp that works as a 20 hp). Book the boat(s) at the same time as the cottage, as they are shared with unit 56762. Life jackets are included in the rent. There are other boats available, please contact the owner for details. Excellent fishing conditions all year round. There are lakes where you can catch trout nearby. Go hiking in the mountains behind the cottage.

The place is called Langneset and is approx. 5 min, with the 20-foot Kværnø 595 with 60 HP Honda 4-stroke with Garmin 7-inch gps/sonar/chart plotter, away from the village of Stolpnes where the boat is at the floating jetty. The rent includes transport from/to Stolpnes, where there is safe parking near the marina, up to the floating jetty 100 m from the cabin at Langneset. At the floating dock 100 m from the cabin, you can also rent an 18-foot Rana boat with a 20 HP Yamaha (2017 model) 4-stroke engine (9.9 HP which produces 20 HP). Book the boat hire at the same time you book the cabin, as the boats are also offered in cabin 56764. Life jackets are included in the boat hire. Other boats can also be offered on request. The fjord by the cabin is one of the richest in fish in the entire area. In the months of February up to and including May and September, October and November, there are larger quantities of fish in the Hemnefjord and further afield.
