Lovely, modern holiday house with wonderful views of the sea. The holiday house was built in 2011 and modernized in 2020. Located in Fladstad approx. 10 km from Lyngdal city center. The house contains 2 living rooms and a large bathroom, 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each (120cm): 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the loft, also with a great view of the sea. 2 extra mattresses available. Gate on the stairs between the floors. Underfloor heating in all rooms on the ground floor. Beautiful kitchen in high-gloss white with integrated appliances and a double fridge/freezer. You will also find DVD, TV, satellite dish (Canal Digital). The holiday house has a large terrace with furniture and barbecue. A gate is mounted on the terrace. Short way to the floating pier where a berth is included in the rent. Firewood is not included but can be bought at Spangereid or from one of the neighbors. About 6 km to Spangereid, where you will find a grocery store and gas station. To Lyngdal it is approx. 10 km. Local attractions include Lindesnes lighthouse about 17 km away (Norway's southernmost point). Here is also an exciting museum. At Spangereid about 6 km you will find «Under», the world's only underwater restaurant. The Spangereid Canal is also worth a visit. Other attractions are the fishing village Korshavn about 20 km away, where you can rent a boat to Sælør or join arranged fishing trips. Sørlandsbadet in Lyngdal is popular, and in Skrelia approx. 12 km from Lyngdal you will find several hiking trails and Kvåsfossen salmon center which is also worth a visit. The hot tub is private and not included in the rental as it is out of order.

Charming and well kept holiday house in a peaceful and sunny spot. The house is located by itself with sheep as the closest neighbours! There is a mountain lake just below the house with fish, free access to a rowing boat and a small sandy beach where you can go swimming. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Southern Norway. This is an area with several walking trails and a rich wildlife with moose, beavers and birds, as well as berries and mushroom for picking. The coast is only a 15 minute drive away, where you can visit the town of Lyngdal. Here you will find shops and a water park. You can also rent boats for ocean fishing or visit one of the large beaches that surrounds the town.

The facilities of the house includes a satellite dish with several German TV-channels. Child-friendly yard. You can fry your own catch on the outdoor grill on the terrace. You can go swimming in the lake 50 metres from the cottage and enjoy the sauna (shared with unit 29029). Down by the sea 600 metres away there is a boat house where you can store fishing equipment and gut the fish. Three motorboats are available for rent here (shared with another unit). Make sure to order the boats in advance and with confirmation. Korshamn is famous for its excellent fishing conditions all year around. If you wish to go on excursions, visit Lyngdal with its shopping facilities and tourist information. Unit 29029 is located very close.
