This beautiful casita, recently renovated, is situated on the owner's finca, completely detached. The spacious garden offers plenty of privacy and is a wonderful place to relax. There are several seating areas and a covered terrace with a comfortable lounge area, and a gas barbecue is ready for use. A pizza stone and paella pan complete the picture. The casita is accessible from the parking lot via a private entrance, which is illuminated in the evening. A luxurious jacuzzi is ready for use in the garden. In the summer, it can be used as a plunge pool to cool off, and of course, you can also enjoy the bubbling. It's a wonderful place to relax during the winter months, even on colder days and evenings. The casita has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sturdy bunk bed. Ideal for couples or a family with two children. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.
