This beautiful house is perfect to enjoy the peace offered by the stunning mountain landscape whilst having a delicious breakfast at the terrace, basking in the sun on the two sunloungers, swimming in the great chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 metres or tasting a succulent BBQ.
The spacious accommodation is very well cared. You will be welcomed in a great living-dining room with kitchen where you can cook you best recipes on the ceramic top, enjoy your meals all together and rest while watching TV and cooling down with the AC. The wood stove cannot be used. There are 3 bedrooms, all of them with a closet and an AC unit. Very spacious, cared and with a combination of warm colours, in blue and white, this apartment emanates peace and becomes the perfect place for a nice and quiet vacation near the sea. Even from the little balcony you can feel the breeze and the salty smell of the sea, while you relax reading a book on the sun lounger.
This apartment is located on the second floor of a family residential. It offers a wonderful living-dining room in the same space. Here you can enjoy your family meals and then rest watching a film or a TV series. The spacious kitchen is independent and it has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and everything you may need to cook an excellent recipe. In the laundry room we find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are a toilet, a shower bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms in total. Frederic - Villa With Private Pool
After a long day at the beach it's great to take a refreshing dip in the heated chlorine pool. With a size of 9 x 5 metres and a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres, it is ideal for swimming or relaxing on an inflatable mattress. The well-kept garden with palm trees invites you to sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers or spread your towel directly on the lawn. Adults will surely enjoy spending their time "doing nothing", taking a nap on the see-saw while the little ones love the children's playground with swings and slide. The restaurants in the area are very good but sometimes it's more fun to enjoy dinners with friends and family at home, go shopping at the market together and finally prepare meat and vegetables on the barbecue. Several terraces offer the perfect atmosphere for great evenings. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Cap de la Nao.
The single-storey house has a living room with a dining table for 6 guests. The practical kitchen with gas hob, oven, toaster and coffee machine has another smaller table. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is located in one of the bathrooms. Regarding the bedrooms, our guests can choose between two rooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot/crib for you. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, serve the house. There are 2 fans and central heating.
Lovers of the sea and the beach will find many dreamlike bays in the surrounding area. Cala Ambolo, Playa de la Granadella, Playa del Portixol and Cala Sardinera are just a few examples of Mediterranean wonders. In the urbanisation you will find some restaurants but we recommend a visit to the old town of Jávea, not only for its narrow cobbled streets but also for its good restaurants. The natural park of Montgó offers a natural environment, ideal for hiking and cycling. Further south are Moraia and Calpe, two coastal towns with a lively atmosphere in summer.

The heated swimming pool is only available in April, May, 15-30 September and October. There is a daily extra charge. Gladiolo - Villa With Private Pool
The exterior area is wonderful. There is a large green lawn surrounding the house and the pool, and it is perfect to sit or sunbathe while reading a book or listening to music. There are also 4 sun loungers by the pool for the same purpose. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 2 metres. It also features an exterior shower. Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the play ground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee.
The just one storey house is equipped with gas oil central heating. You can enter te house from several entries. Inside, you will find a dining room with large windows to admire the garden, pool and mountain views. The dining area leads to the sitting room which is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can watch TV. The very spacious kitchen has a gas stove, oven and a table with chairs. The house offers the bedrooms with a closet each one, one of them with a double bed, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, come with a fan each one. There is a second bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub for the rest of the house. The property is located 3.5 km away from the beach of El Arenal, where you will find an amount of shops and restaurants to enjoy the views in their terraces and the water sports. We also recommend to take a long walk through the old town centre of Xàbia and its narrow Medieval streets and its street market.
