The exteriors are communal, and it has large garden areas and a 40 x 20 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2 m. The flat is a duplex of 130 m2 and has four bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning, one on the ground floor with double bed, and three on the first floor, two of them with two single beds each, and one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. A cot and high chair are available. There are two bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the ground floor with shower, and one on the first floor with bathtub. You can also sit down to eat in some of its fantastic restaurants and bars. The Arenal Beach, located in the centre of the bay of Jávea, is the main tourist centre and, without a doubt, the most popular beach with bathers thanks to its fine sand and shallow waters. The best thing after a long day at the beach is a nice and relaxing swim in the chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and features a depth from 1.3 to 2.2 metres. The beautiful garden is the perfect scenery to chill out. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner at the porch while admiring the sunset between the mountains. You can cook a succulent barbecue or one of your best dishes on the ceramic top. There is a second glazed porch which is perfect for dinners and to stretch the evening out enjoying a glass of wine on the sofas, if you prefer. When you enter this two storey house, you find a cosy living room, open to the dining area, with two sofas, a coffee table and a TV set. Then, you get into the large kitchen with a Mediterranean style which is equipped with a gas top, oven, microwave, large countertops and much more. Here, you also have room to sit all together to enjoy your meals in the air-conditioned kitchen. Please note that the fireplaces, either in the living room or in the kitchen, are just decorative items that cannot be used. The laundry is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will find two bedrooms on this floor.
