It features a living-dining area, two comfortable sofas for relaxing, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, two separate ceramic hobs, a refrigerator and a freezer, as well as a sufficient supply of other household appliances and tableware, a bedroom with two beds, a built-in wardrobe with a safe and sufficient storage space for longer stays, a bathroom with a large vanity and illuminated mirror, a walk-in shower, towels (for daily use and for the beach), a hairdryer, etc., a washing machine, and a fully electronically controlled hot water system.

The apartment offers approximately 68 m² of living space with two bedrooms and a 30 m² private terrace. The apartment was completely refurnished and renovated in April 2024. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: TV in the living room, TV in the bedroom, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning is also provided. Check-in: There is a key safe outside the entrance door. If no one is available to greet you, you are welcome to retrieve the key from the safe. The key safe offers you the flexibility of convenient arrival at any time. You will receive the code for the safe one day before your arrival.

This detached architect-designed house boasts a secluded garden and is only 80 meters away from the beach. Our two completely renovated apartments offer magnificent sea views from their large, sheltered terraces. Enjoy a vacation under palm trees, lined with hibiscus, bougainvillea, cacti, and oleander, with occasional dips in the sea. The south-facing terrace offers sunshine until late afternoon. Two sun loungers, two chairs, and a breakfast table invite you to linger. The apartments feature new bathrooms with large showers, new and well-equipped kitchens (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), Wi-Fi, and a 43-inch TV. The bedroom is spacious and has a cozy seating area with two armchairs and a small work area. An extra bed is also available. The maximum occupancy per apartment is three people. A separate laundry room is also available.

The "Koralle" bungalow is just a two-minute walk from the beautiful beach and the sea. There is no intrusive road between the beach and the bungalow. The bungalow has a large, secluded terrace and is equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, and a seating area with four chairs. The seating area is covered and invites you to linger. The sunrises are breathtakingly beautiful and captivate you even in the morning hours. The kitchenette is integrated into the living room, as is the dining area. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with separate channels. The on-site management is available at any time and is happy to accommodate special requests.
