Outside this amazing property you will find a large chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 12m x 6m and a depth range from 1.10m to 2.20m. The little ones will be able to run and play to their heart's content thanks to the extensive 50m2 garden. The landscape that surrounds this finca is like a real paradise, thanks to the vegetation, umbrellas and sun loungers, where you can relax and sunbathe. You will be able to prepare a delicious barbecue, thanks to the two barbecues in the house, and enjoy them all together in the dining area of the terrace, which also has a small bar. The porch has fantastic outdoor furniture, and will be the ideal place to extend your evenings. Due to its excellent location, there are no neighbours nearby, so there is total privacy. The interior of the house is divided into two floors and has oil central heating. With a stately style, on the ground floor you will find a nice living room open to the dining room and the kitchen, which is gas, and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms on this floor with a fan. The first bedroom has a double bed, direct access to a small independent terrace in the garden and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
