The property is distributed over two floors. From the terrace we access to a fantastic living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and wood cooker, where you will be able to share unique moments. On this same floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and also has another dining area that completes the room. A complete bathroom with shower, gives service to this floor.
When it is time to sleep, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, AC and TV. The stairs lead to the upper floor where there is another bedroom with views to the outside, which is designed to offer you the rest you deserve and which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A fan and a radiator are at your disposal if you need them. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can also provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Felanitx is a village located in Mallorca that offers a great deal of activity all year round. It is an area well known for its wine production and not very touristic, which makes it perfect to get into the Mallorcan culture and experience it more closely. We recommend you to explore some of its hiking routes and if you like the beach, go to Cala d'Or, which is only 10 km away.

In the patio of this wonderful village house you will be able to spend pleasant moments thanks to a fantastic private chlorine pool, with 6.3 m * 2.7 m and a depth of 1.35 to 1.7 m. In its surroundings, there are several sun loungers over a lawn area, ideal for sunbathing. There is also a bathroom with shower in that zone for your comfort. Likewise, the terrace invites you to make delicious barbecues or even to read a book in calm.
Inside, there is a traditional living room with satellite TV and A/C, open to the dining room after a large Mallorcan arch. Immediately after, there is the kitchen, equipped with an industrial gas hob, a dining table with chairs as well as a bench and too much space. There are three dormitories with wardrobe and A/C, two of them with a double bed while the other one has two twin beds. If you accommodate with a baby, we are going to prepare you a cot apart from a high chair. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, complete the accommodation. The turquoise water is surrounded by a well cared, delicate and charming atmosphere. It sizes 5 x 2.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. Next to the pool, there also is an exterior shower to cool down after basking in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers, or after exercising at the gym that you will find at the end of the exterior staircase.
Inside, you will be welcomed by a large room that goes from side to side of the house and unifies the kitchen with the dining and the living room. It offers a fireplace, air-conditioning and it's perfect to spend your time all together since you can cook on the ceramic hob while you set the table, watch TV, listen to some music or rest on the sofa. The bedrooms are on the first floor, all of them with AC. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet and room for a baby cot -a high-chair also can be provided-.
