Can Salvador - Villa With Private Pool In Moscari
This wonderful house has a peculiarity and this is, that as it is located only 300 metres from the centre of the village, it is characterised the the peace of the countryside but, at the same time, you won't be isolated and will have all services within reach. The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is the place not only to swim but also to sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or read a book under the thatched sunshade with a fully paradisaical style. Lovers of grilled meats and vegetables find their place at the great exterior barbecue together with a covered area to have lunch all together. In front of the house there isa second rustic styled table also available.
On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living-dining room, which is very comfortable to relax while watching satellite TV on the sofas and armchairs; a large traditional kitchen with ceramic hob; a bathroom with shower, a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. At the top of the stairs, you will find a third bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with AC. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a place for a cot and a high chair, and a fan. There is a laundry room with ironing board, iron and washing machine.
Moscari is a little village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is ideal to come to know the traditions of the locals and for hiking and nature lovers, because it is a good starting point for biking and hiking excursions. After a long morning tour, we recommend you to stop and have lunch at the restaurant Sa Plaça. If you feel like going to the beach, the nearest beach is Port de Pollensa, with crystalline waters. Marina D'or Iv Casa 5 - House In Cala D'or
After a day full of activities or a day at the beach, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool, which can be used by the guests of the house. It is a chlorine pool measuring 7 x 7 metres and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There is also a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 0.40 metres. The house has a private garden area, where our guests can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers next to the house, read a book under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the beautifully furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other houses in this quiet residential area.
The house has 130 m2 distributed in two floors. Entering on the ground floor we find a large room shared by living room, dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with sofas where you can sit and watch satellite TV (German channels) while cooling off with the air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 9 people. A small bar separates this space from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking during your holidays: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest the house has 5 bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and has a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. The first one with two single beds, another one with a bunk bed, a third one with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms on both floors are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, and some have access to the terrace or balcony. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and high chair on request.
Cala d'Or is a tourist area par excellence in the south of Mallorca. Apart from having all the services you need for an independent stay, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets,... it also has a great holiday atmosphere to spend an unforgettable holiday. The closest beach to the house is Cala Egos, a small sandy beach with turquoise waters that will delight our visitors. In this area you can find other beautiful beaches such as Cala d'Or, Portopetro, Cala Mondragó,... You can also visit inland villages such as Felanitx and Campos and get to know the local traditions. If you want to play golf you have a golf course really close, only 8.5 km away.
The communal swimming pool is always open.
The use of the air conditioning is free of charge from 21h to 7h and from 14h to 16h. If you wish to use it 24h, it has an additional cost. The large chlorine swimming pool measures 10m x 5m and has a depth of between 0.9m and 1.9m. It is completely private for our guests. Sunbathing on ten sun loungers, cooling off in the outdoor shower, enjoying a delicious barbecue on one of the terraces or simply relaxing and enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings are all part of everyday life at this estate. The well-kept garden has plenty of space for children to play freely. There are no direct neighbours, so you will enjoy privacy and intimacy. The house is located on a fenced plot of more than 11,000m2.
Inside, the house boasts an exquisite style, with authentic features but without sacrificing modern comforts such as a Smart TV. The living room with a large dining area is our guests' favourite place to eat together. In addition, there is a second smaller room with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove for more intimate moments. Cooks will enjoy preparing their signature dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen is the fully equipped laundry room, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The property has been refurbished and its cosy and bright rooms are distributed over two floors. Its decoration and details, which combine a Mallorcan and modern style, give it a unique and singular touch. It has three living rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room with access to a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils. Son Fred - Villa With Private Pool In Felanitx
Our guests will have access to a private, 8.5 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3 m. Surrounded by a well-kept garden with four sun loungers and an outdoor shower, it's a lovely corner to relax and bask in the sun. The shady terrace, ideal for a romantic get-together, has idyllic views over the countryside. If you like cooking outside, you'll enjoy making a BBQ underneath the starry sky. This lovely house is independent and the plot is fenced.
A bright sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and DVD-player receives our guests. During the colder months, you can spend time with your loved ones by the fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything to cook up a feast, including a vitro hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has direct access to the garden.
Perfect for six guests, this well-equipped, one-storey villa offers two double bedrooms and another bedroom with a trundle bed, all fitted with ceiling fans and wardrobes. One double bedroom counts with a bathroom en-suite with bath tub. Additionally, there's a shower bathroom. Two electric radiators warm up the house during the colder months and we can supply more on request. The owner has paid great attention to the environment and has installed solar cells.
Located between the urbanisations Son Mesquida and Son Valls, this amazing house rests in the countryside near Felanitx. In the centre you'll find all necessary amenities for an independent stay. At the end of August, Felanitx celebrates the Fiestas of Santa Magdalena, where you can see the famous Cavallets, a traditional dance. The Sant Salvador Sanctuary, located on the top of a hill, has amazing panoramic views over the island's centre and the south-east.
A short drive takes you to the east coast and to many dreamlike beaches like Cala Marcal, Cala Ferrera and Cala Mondragó. At the same time, the latter is a natural park and nice for long strolls. The fishing village of Portocolom surprises with colourful houses, which almost seem to dip in the Mediterranean. The traditional fishing boats, called Llaüts, are still in use and every morning you can watch the fishermen going for work. While strolling through the cobbled streets, having a glass of wine in a small café, constantly accompanied by a salty breeze, you'll feel the real essence of Mallorca. If you want to take to the floor, go to Cala D'Or where you will find lots of pubs. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
