This detached architect-designed house boasts a secluded garden and is only 80 meters away from the beach. Our two completely renovated apartments offer magnificent sea views from their large, sheltered terraces. Enjoy a vacation under palm trees, lined with hibiscus, bougainvillea, cacti, and oleander, with occasional dips in the sea. The south-facing terrace offers sunshine until late afternoon. Two sun loungers, two chairs, and a breakfast table invite you to linger. The apartments feature new bathrooms with large showers, new and well-equipped kitchens (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), Wi-Fi, and a 43-inch TV. The bedroom is spacious and has a cozy seating area with two armchairs and a small work area. An extra bed is also available. The maximum occupancy per apartment is three people. A separate laundry room is also available.

The living room is furnished with two leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV, offering all German and international channels via satellite. The kitchenette is integrated into the living room, as is the dining area. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV, with separate channel controls. All windows have fly screens. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and offers a convenient escape. A safe is available and provided free of charge. Bathrobes and beach towels are provided to lighten your luggage. The apartment has a large, secluded balcony and is equipped with sun loungers, an awning, and a seating area. It immediately conveys a cozy holiday feeling, perfect for long summer evenings. The "Koralle" bungalow is just a two-minute walk from the beautiful beach and the sea. There is no intrusive road between the beach and the bungalow. The bungalow has a large, secluded terrace and is equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, and a seating area with four chairs. The seating area is covered and invites you to linger. The sunrises are breathtakingly beautiful and captivate you even in the morning hours. The kitchenette is integrated into the living room, as is the dining area. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with separate channels. The on-site management is available at any time and is happy to accommodate special requests.
