The modern two-storey house offers everything you need for a comfy stay. Both are open from the week before Easter until October and are illuminated until 23:00h. There's a paddle court which you can use daily for one hour. Please bring your own balls and racquets. This beautiful apartment has a private, 15 m2 terrace overlooking the Mediterranean where you will be able to start your day having a large breakfast. The ample sitting-dining room is a nice corner to relax after a day full of activities. Sometimes, you may prefer to stay at home and cook up a delicious meal for your loved ones. In the fully-equipped kitchen you'll find everything you may need to cook your favorite plates. Additionally, there is a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Ideal for 8 + 1 guests, this nice accommodation offers a double bedroom and three bedrooms with two single beds each, all fitted with wardrobe, fan for the summer an electric radiator for the winter. The picturesque old town of Gandia is famous for its excellent restaurants and many interesting monuments like the the Ducal Palace, the nice town hall or the Convent of Santa Clara. The Ducal Palace dated back to the XIV century was the first seat of the Duke of Gandia. If you like to be in the nature, you could visit the Parpalló Cave, located in the Mondúver mountains, is an interesting prehistoric site, where cave paintings have been found. The pool is open from the week before Easter until the 30th of September, from 10:00h to 15:00h and from 17:00h to 23:00h.
