Can Pati - Villa With Private Pool In Sóller
Welcome to this majestic two building house, with idylic outers, including a chlorine 9m x 4m, and a deph ranging that goes from 1.20m to 1.80m, surrounded by grass, and different terraces where relax, having a drink and reading a good book will be a pleasure. You can prepare delicious barbecues with your loved ones.
The big building divides its rooms in three floors including: a beautiful living-room with a satellite TV, a big dining-room with space for 18 guests, an equipped gas industrial kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay, and seven bedrooms with a bathroom en suite each, all of them with a bath. All the bedrooms dispose of a double bed, except one with two single beds, and a wardrobe, air conditioning and central heating. Three of them are located at the first floor, three at the second floor and the last one at the third. Obviously, there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. For the little ones of the family, we can offer up to two cots and two high chairs.
The property is located right at the center of Sóller, a gorgeous village from Sierra de Tramuntana, with all the services you might need. A must visit is Sant Bartomeu church, wich date back to 1236.
You can also find a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. By train or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its idylic sandy beaches. Around the area there are a lot of gorgeous routes to do and beautiful villages. We recommend to visit the capital, Palma. La Tramuntana counts with unforgettable coves, like Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.
From Monday to Friday, you dispose of cleaning service.

The 11m x 5m private salt swimming pool, with a deph of 0.5m and 2.2m is the protagonist of this lovely house. You can enjoy sunbathin while the kids play in the garden. It has an external shower, ideal for a quick refresh. If you like cooking outside, there is a barbecue as well. The wide porch is a nice place to spend time with your family or relax at the caribbean hammock. At the garden, you will find a little pond and a gravel flowery area. As you go in you will see a welcoming and illuminated decoration. The bedrooms are at the same floor. The chlorine pool is huge and has a size of 16m x 8m and a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2.2m. It is surrounded by a well kept Mediterranean garden, where you can sunbathe on one of the six loungers, taking a snack under the awning or take a refreshing outdoor shower. If you like cooking outside, on the furnished porch you will find a fixed barbecue. Besides, there is another porch overlooking the pool, which is an ideal place for breakfast. Depending on the season, the different fruit trees like orange, lemon and peach trees bear some tasty fruit. This property is totally private and doesn´t have any direct neighbors.
Not only from the outside but also from the inside, this property is a treasure. A spacious living room, decorated with rustic elements and all the equipment including air conditioning, DVD and satellite TV, invites you to feel at home. Located near Costitx, a rural and very romantic area in the centre of Mallorca, this cottage is near Sineu, where you can visit the Wednesday-Market, at the same time the most traditional of the island. If the beach is what you're searching for, both the north and the south coast are about thirty minutes' driving by car. At the end of August, Felanitx celebrates the Fiestas of Santa Magdalena, where you can see the famous Cavallets, a traditional dance. Finca Can Calisto - Apartment With Private Pool
After basking in the sun on one of the four sun loungers, you can take an exterior shower or refresh yourself in the 4.6m x 4.6m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m. Thanks to the BBQ you can cook under the starry sky. The chill-out porch is just perfect for a gin-tonic in the evening. This lovely cottage is fenced and there are a few neighbours.
A rustic sitting-dining room with A/C and fireplace is nice for family-dinners. The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can prepare your favourite meals, including a gas hob. There's a washer, an iron and an ironing board, located in the shower bathroom. Three bedrooms with AC, two with double bed and one with a single bed, make this house ideal for five people. As you will see on the photos, there are beds for six people, but the house is only offered for five. A cot, a high chair, fans and electric heaters can be provided upon request.
This holiday home is about 3 km from Inca, where you will find everything you may need for an independent stay. On the L'Angel square in Inca you can have some drinks at night and go for dinner. Furthermore, Inca is famous for its leather production and because of that you can buy high-quality bags, shoes and much more.
As Inca is near the Tramuntana Mountains, the zone is good for hiking and cycling, for example to the monastery of Lluc, the La Calobra Bay, Valldemossa, Sóller or Deià. The north surprises with fine grained sand beaches with clear waters like Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollensa. The latter is surrounded by the mountains and is a very beautiful spot. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.
