S'alqueria - Villa With Private Pool In Campanet
The private chlorine pool has a size of 10m x 4m and a depth of 1m to 1.9m, where you can swim with views of the countryside and of the mountains.There are four sunbeds available which invite you to relax and to sunbathe and for cooling down there is an outside shower. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool which is an idyllic spot for outdoor dining. Depending on season and availability you can pick oranges, lemons, figs and almonds in the garden. There is an outside bathroom with shower next to the pool. This beautiful house is fenced and there are some neighbors in the surroundings.
Inside the house you will find a rustic living room with satellite TV who invites you to spend unforgettable moments in family. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro ceramic. The laundryroom has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. Regarding to the bedrooms, there is one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, one of them with a double bed and bathroom with shower and another bedroom with twin beds. There is another bathroom with bath on the first floor. All bedrooms are bright and have windows to the garden.
This beautiful property is located on the outskirts of Campanet, a very quiet village and in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. In the center of the village there is a grocery store,some good restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and cafes.The surroundings are wonderful for hiking or biking to, for example, the underground sources Ses Fonts Ufanes that spring after heavy rains, the small village of Binibona, the monastery of Lluc or to neighboring villages Moscari and Selva. A car is necessary.
Regarding the beaches, you have the choice between sandy beaches and rocky coves in the north of the mountains. The next sandy beach is in Puerto de Alcudia and is perfect for families as it has every service you can imagine, Playa de Muro is a quieter beach, protected by dunes. If you like walking, you can reach Alcudia to Can Picafort, through all Playa de Muro. In the Tramuntana you find beautiful coves of stone like Port des Canonge and Port de Valldemossa. There's a private, 6 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.7 m and an exterior shower, where you will be able to refresh yourself during hot summer days. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers or having a tasty BBQ on the shady terrace with straw-roof and white curtains. On the first floor, you will have access to an ample terrace overlooking the urbanisation and with sun loungers. This wonderful home is independent and totally fenced, located in a quiet urbanisation close to the beach and with direct neighbours. Please keep in mind that the basement of the house is not accessible.
A colourful, comfy sitting-dining room with A/C invites you to watch a film on the satellite-TV, listen to music or have dinner with friends. The open kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped and has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with one single bed, are located on the ground floor. The first floor is solely for one bedroom with double bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. Additionally to the en-suite bath, there is one shower bathroom and a bath with bath tub on the lower floor. All bedrooms have A/C, wardrobes and we can prepare one cot and one high chair for our youngest guests.
A 10 minutes' walk takes you to the fine grained beach Playa de Cala Santanyí with crystal clear waters. In front of the coast and in the middle of the sea raises the rock Es Pontas, which is very popular for climbing. The whole east coast is hemmed by great beaches like Cala Figuera, Cala Llombars, Cala S'Almonia and Caló des Moro. Cala Egos surprises with a natural, rocky pool. The natural park Mondragó is quite close; nice for hiking or spending a day to the beach.
The village of Santanyí has all necessary amenities for an independent stay. Wednesday and Saturday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and crafts. Las Salinas is famous for its salt production, and there you can not only buy high-quality salts but also see mountains of white salt drying under the Mediterranean sun. Furthermore, in Las Salinas there is a botanic cactus park. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. In the private chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.1 to 2.1 metres, you can cool off at any time. Surrounded by a terrace with 8 sun loungers and 4 parasols, it is an idyllic place for sunbathing and relaxing afternoons. Billiards and table football leave no room for boredom. A large porch overlooking the pool offers different charming corners for chatting and a mobile barbecue for outdoor cooking. At the same time, this finca is home to two horses, which are within a fenced enclosure and can be visited, but not ridden. The owner lives close to the house and comes daily to feed the animals.
Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with 3 sofas and Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan. Especially during the winter, it is very nice to have a cup of tea by the fireplace. The colourful gas cooker offers all the necessary utensils to prepare a feast. The laundry room is shared with the owner and there you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with wardrobes. One bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. The private chlorine pool is the favourite place for all our guests during the summer. The pool has a size of 8m x 4m and a depth between 0.6m and 2.1m. A pergola on the terrace invites you to have a barbecue or a refreshing drink in the afternoon under its shade. Thanks to the outdoor shower, you can freshen up quickly at any time. On the other side of the building is the second terrace, offering a cool place to have breakfast. The property is set on a plot of 14000 m2, which consists of fields and green areas.
When you entry to the house, you realize that this is not a simple house but your second home. The spacious living room, equipped with air conditioning, invites you to relax watching satellite TV or enjoying a family meal. Immediately you will notice the beautiful tiled floor and good quality furnishings. The kitchen with vitro stove and open to the living room, is the dream of every chef. The laundry is located on the terrace and is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom with shower. Both rooms count with a closet. Upstairs there is located the third bedroom, that apart from having air conditioning, it is furnished with a double bed and a closet. For our little guests, we can provide a cot and highchair on request. Regarding the views, all bedrooms have windows facing the garden or countryside. The whole house features ducted air-conditioning / heat pump. For winter months, the house is also equipped with a pellet stove.
In a few minutes drive you will reach the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi with some excellent seafood and fish restaurants. During the summer, we recommend you to make a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. These ships make a stop at the "Blue Cave", where you can dive. The water of this cave is so blue and clear, that it even seems from another world. Regarding the beaches, on the one side, there are the unspoilt beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita a few kilometers away, and on the east coast you can visit a beautiful coves, like Cala Figuera and Cala S'Almonia.
In Campos or Ses Salines you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc... Thursdays and Saturdays are the market days in Campos. Ses Salines is famous for its production of high-quality salt, the famous Salt d'es Trenc. You can visit the white mountains of salt, dried under the Mediterranean sun. In the exterior area is ideal to enjoy each moment of the day. The chlorine pool of 10 m x 5 m with a depth from 0.45 m to 1.50 m, is perfect to cool on the hottest days and then relax on sun loungers, next to the pool. The pool area has a fence as protection for children. The porch of 35 m2 invites you to spend a pleasant moments with your family or friends, enjoying some delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. In the garden, there are different fruit trees: lemon, orange, medlar.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with five armchairs and TV-Sat; a separate dining room with a table and chairs and a great fully equipped kitchen with vitro, so you can cook without any problem. All 4 bedrooms have access to a small terrace and they count with two single beds each; one of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. In addition to the en suite, there is also another bathroom with bathtub. There are 4 fans. If traveling with a baby we will provide a crib and a highchair (on request). The laundry is located on the floor -1, next to the garage, and consists of washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The area of Sa Coma is a nice residential area on the east of Mallorca and has a variety of sandy beaches and coves very close. The Sa Coma beach is just 400 meters from the house. Other nearby beaches are the beach "S'Illot" and Cala Millor. In about 10 minutes drive you will reach Porto Cristo, where you will find a wide range of tourist services such as bars, restaurants, shops, stores, etc... We recommend you visit "les Coves del Drach" and "Hams Coves". If you want to spend an active holidays and you practice sports such as golf, tennis or paddle tennis; this area is perfect for you. There are several golf courses (Son Servera, Canyamel, Capdepera, among others) and different clubs and paddle tennis very close. The cosy and beautiful furnished terrace becomes the perfect corner to enjoy the best of the breakfasts with coffee, OJ and fresh fruits or maybe you feel like a good wine before dining alfresco after a long day visiting the island or in the beach. To get to it you just have to cross the street and walk some steps and there you are!
Inside the accommodation you will find a comfortable and spacious living-dining room with Smart TV, CD and DVD players and AC, so the after-lunch entertaining will be guaranteed. Then we get to the kitchen which has been recently renewed and equipped with a ceramic top, oven, microwave and all you may need to cook as if you were at home. This apartment is located between the well known lake called Gran Llac and the beach of fine sand. The crystalline water beach is several kilometres long and it skirts the coast from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort. You can rent sunbeds and parasols and it is perfect for families with children thanks to its shallow water and also for those who love the water sports. We highly recommend a visit to the town of Alcudia so that you know the ancient wall and the traditional street market that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday and that will amaze you. The apartment complex features a communal, 17 m x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m, a 500 m2 garden, a tennis court (please bring your own racquets) and an exterior shower. On arrival, we will inform you about the opening hours of the tennis court.
Start your day with a large breakfast on the 6 m2 terrace with pool views. This nice apartment, located on the third floor with lift, has a sitting-dining room, a kitchen with gas stove and all necessary cooking utensils, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. However, an electric coffee machine and a kettle are available upon request. This home offers fans and electric radiators.
This lovely apartment is just perfect for six people, as it has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Furthermore, there is a bath with bath tub and a toilet. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair.
In Playa de Gandia you can relax on the beach or practise sports; and so you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas, play beachvolleyball, practise water sports or take a stroll along the seafront with bars, cafés and restaurants.
A 20 minutes' walk takes you to Gandilandia, an entertainment park for children. Besides, your kids will find several playgrounds on the sea promenade of Gandia. The Parpalló Cave, located in the Mondúver mountains, is an interesting prehistoric site, where cave paintings have been found.
The pool is open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September, from 10:00h to 15:00h and from 17:00h to 21:00h. The residential complex has a communal chlorine pool, with dimensions of 15 m x 9 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m and several outdoor showers. However, not only adults but also children can refresh themselves, as there is a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. The pools are open from June to September and the tennis court is open all year round (please bring your own tennis racquets and balls). The flat has a private, furnished terrace with sea views.
The bright living-dining room has a sofa-bed for two people and a gas cooker with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. It is a nice space to read a book, watch TV or watch a DVD with the children. The bedroom has two single beds and a fan. For colder days there are 2 radiators. The bathroom is en-suite and has a shower and a bidet.
The flat is located in Playa de Gandia, a fine sandy beach where you will find all the necessary services for an unbeatable beach holiday. The beach Nort de Gandia is three kilometres long, offers sun loungers and parasols for rent and has a promenade where restaurants and cafés await you. The quieter beach of l'Ahuir is an important refuge for the local flora and fauna and is home to the Gandia dunes. It is a beautiful area for surfing. Behind the port is the Venecia beach, which offers all the important services for an unbeatable holiday.
In the centre of Gandia you can take a walk through the history of this charming city. You can take a tour through the most important monuments of Gandia from the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria from the 13th century, the beautiful town hall and the Ducal Palace to the Convent of Santa Clara and the Archaeological Museum. In addition, you can make a pleasant excursion to the Bayren Castle. Around the castle you can climb and enjoy a beautiful experience in the middle of nature.
The swimming pool is open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Note: We cannot accept guests under 24 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
