Can Reure (can Paris) - Villa With Private Pool
The exteriors are quite beautiful. Go outside and enjoy a delicious barbecue after taking a coffee at the garden, sunbathe on the sun loungers and swim all the morning in the private pool. It is a chlorine pool, sizes 9 x 4 m and has a depth of 1 to 2 m. In its surroundings, there you have a dining table with chairs and an umbrella to take a glass of wine and read something interesting. The porch is also perfectly furnished for your summer lunches or dinners and relaxing on the outdoors sofas contemplating the Sierra de Tramuntana. And if you like doing sports or having fun, there are a ping-pong table, a basketball rack and garden games for the little ones. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.
It is a two-storey house. On the main floor, the living-dining room invites to sit down and relax watching satellite TV or eating all together. From here, you can even access to the terraces and to the pool. The kitchen has everything necessary so that you can cook as if you did it at home, with gas hob, oven and much more. The laundry is independent and you gain access to it from the terrace and it has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 dormitories for your rest, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other one features a double bed. The one situated on the upper floor has two twin beds as well. Then, there are two more bathrooms, one downstairs with bathtub and another upstairs with shower. The accommodation has central heating and 4 fans.
The house is located less than 2 km from Inca, a charmy and quiet village set in the center of the island that has everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and its traditional Thursday market. At night, it is also ideal to go out having dinner or simply having a drink as, for instance, in Plaza del Ángel. At only 20-25 minutes driving you arrive at Bahía de Alcúdia, which has too many km of coast and where predominate sandy beaches alternating both quiet and lively beaches, such as Puerto de Alcúdia. The 30 m2 porch is a nice place to have a large breakfast or dinner. The lawn area is more than 60 m2, so your children have lot of space for playing. Furthermore, there is a swing for your kids, 2 sun umbrellas and 6 sun loungers. You can park up to 3 cars at the patio of the house. The sitting-dining room, the open kitchen and the bedrooms feature A/C.
This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families with children and groups of friends. All rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request at no extra cost. A few minutes’ drive takes you to the city Inca, where you will find lots of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). The surroundings, particularly the Serra Tramuntana, are nice for hiking, jogging and cycling. A nice idea is a trip to the chapel of “Santa Magdalena”, at the top of a hill. There is also a good restaurant and a viewpoint.
Alcudia Bay is just 35 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Can Picafort, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset.

The exterior of this property is ideal where you can enjoy the private chlorine pool with dimensions of 5x12m and a depth between 1,2m and 1,8m. Outside the house is very nice. Spend time on the terrace, prepare a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax in the garden. The porch, with 100 m2 is furnished with a huge wooden table. All of you can get together and also cook outside because right next to the barbecue there is a second kitchen, which has a dishwasher. On the front side of the porch, facing the swimming pool, there is a chill out area with seats and armchairs. The right place for relax seekers. The house has 2 apartments. Only the ground floor apartment is available for rent. The top floor is closed and not occupied. The 6m x 3m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m x 1.6m is perfect for a refreshing bath during hot summer days. Additionally, there's an exterior shower, a mobile BBQ and one sun lounger for sunbathing. A terrace is great for al fresco dining; maybe a romantic dinner for two? The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
The one-storey accommodation offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool! The living room has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV with English channels. The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped, including a modern induction hob.
Sa Pobla village is situated on the north of the island and a car is necessary. The village has retained its original charm over the years. In the main square you can enjoy a coffee and mingle with the locals. There are a few nice restaurants serving typical dishes from the region. In January the famous festival of Sant Antoni takes place in Sa Pobla when the entire village is lit with a fireworks, parade and celebration. In 15 minutes by car you will reach the miles-long sandy beach of Playa de Muro, the beach of Can Picafort or the sandy beach of Playa de Alcúdia.
