The house is located in a smaller cottage area located 4.5 km from Köpingsvik's extensive beaches. Here you have a lovely veranda where you can hang out and enjoy the view over the meadows. The house has an open living room with a fresh kitchen, dining area and living area. You sleep well in two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 140 cm bed. Enjoy lovely walking paths in beautiful nature. You are close to the West Coast. In Borgholm you can enjoy the lovely atmosphere and the wide range of restaurants, shopping and events. There are also attractions such as Solliden's castle and Borgholm's castle ruins. You are also close to Öland's eastern coast, where you can enjoy a calmer atmosphere. Cosy, rurally located farmhouse close to Öland's holiday paradise Köpingsvik. The house is located on the plot of the large house, here you have your own part of the garden with outdoor furniture. On the farm there are horses, chickens, cats and dogs that you are welcome to see and pet if you check with the owner of the house. You have a slightly larger living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, nice dining area and a living area with a sofa that can be made into a bed. TV, wifi and chromecast available. The kitchenette is equipped with a bench stove, microwave, hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle. In the bedroom you have a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Smoking not allowed. Not for rent for parties/youth groups. As there are animals on the farm, be sure to close the gates so that no animals get out. You only have 3.2 km down to Köpingsvik's wonderful wide beaches. There are restaurants, bars, ice cream cafés and outlets here. You are also close to Borgholm where you can enjoy the lovely atmosphere, the large selection of restaurants, ice cream bars, events and nice shops. Nice holiday home with many beds, where you have a fantastic garden and the proximity to Köpingsvik and Borgholm. The house has been Pinnekulla's old school and has a lush lovely garden you can enjoy in, here are various fruit trees and a walnut tree. There is a covered terrace where you can really enjoy breakfast or a bite to eat together. There is a great atmosphere and plenty of seating if you are more. There is also a terrace behind the outbuilding facing the beautiful fields / meadows, here is more comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Barbecue is available if desired. You also have a couple of bikes that the guest is responsible for as well as board games such as cube and badminton. The house has two large livingrooms. One of them is a combined living room/ dining room with a large rustic dining table with plenty of seating, as well as a large comfortable sofa group, tv and a desk. There is another living room with sofa, tv and two comfortable chairs. The kitchen with old-world charm is bright and well equipped. There is a dining table with kitchen sofa and chairs. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, as well as a small built-in bunk bed for 2 smaller children. Toilet with shower and sink and washing machine. Drying wick is in the garden. The upper floor which has sloping ceilings and lower to the ceiling has plenty of sleeping space, in one bedroom there are 2 beds, in the other there are 3 beds of which on one of the bed can be folded out to a double bed. The house is located next to a road, but is equipped with a fence. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups, parties. Here you stay in the middle of Öland with a perfect location for exploring. You are close to Köpingsvik (2.5km) with its popular fine beaches and Borgholm with its large restaurant selection. Everyone creates their favorite places on Öland, but Alvaret, Borgholm's castle ruins, Solliden, wonderful Byxelkrok and Böda's rolling beaches are popular places well worth a visit. Also take the opportunity to enjoy Öland's good body cakes.
