Lovely chain house in the middle of the summer paradise Köpingsvik where you are within walking distance to Köpingsvik's wonderful sandy beach and its wide range of restaurants and entertainment. Please note that the house is not rented out for parties or to youth groups. The house has a large balcony deck on two floors. One with a covered conservatory where you can lean back in the built-in lounge furniture with something good in the glass. If you want to enjoy the sun, you have the large sun deck with outdoor furniture or the garden. The house has a lovely open living room with a luxurious kitchen, lovely dining area and the living area in front of the TV. Here you have plenty of space to hang out and prepare nice meals. You sleep in four bedrooms. One on the entrance floor with a double bed. The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper floor, two smaller ones with a double bed and one with a single bed and a family bunk bed. In this bedroom there is also a sofa bed if someone would rather sleep there. On the lower level there is a toilet with a sink. On the upper floor, a nice bathroom with wc, shower and sink. Laundry room with washing machine available. Take a trip to Borgholm, where you can stroll around and enjoy the atmosphere and the wide range of everything that brightens up the holiday. Also, don't miss visiting Borgholm's Castle Ruins, where you can really feel the wings of history. Concerts are organized here during the summer that you don't want to miss. A large fun playground is easily accessible for the children just 250m away.

Welcome to Valsnäs on Öland's eastern coast, here you live in the countryside with a view of the sea while you only have 15 km to Borgholm and Köpingsvik. You have a farm with a beautiful holiday house with one attached annexes. Here you get a real summer feeling with the view of the beach meadows, the sea and the cows that graze just outside the house plot. The main house has a patio facing the sea where you can enjoy lovely summer evenings. You have a beautiful dining room with a large dining table and a large, lovely kitchen with most of what you need. In the living room you can enjoy yourself in the comfortable armchairs or on the sofa in front of the fireplace. Upstairs you have four bedrooms under the eaves, one with a double bed (160cm), one with two single beds and two bedrooms each with a single bed (80cm fine mattresses). Toilet and shower and washing machine are downstairs. Wilma's annex, which is located in front of the main house, has 2 beds (80 cm), living room and toilet and sink. So it's also possible to sleep here. However, it is rented to a maximum of 6 people. The gravel road next to the house leads you 1.5 km down to the sea, through beautiful coastal meadows. Here there are boat cabins, fantastic views and beautiful nature. Please note that the houses are located in the countryside next to an active farm with cows, horses and sheep and that the farmer's working day can start early in the morning. Flies also thrive in the area. High silos can be seen behind the trees. Not rented out to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars. If you want a beach, you have Kårehamn's fine sandy beach and dunes 7km away. There is also a fish restaurant by the harbour. Borgholm with a larger selection of restaurants and shopping is 15 km away. Köpingsvik's extensive beaches only 10 km away. Also take the opportunity to visit, for example, Öland's zoo and amusement park, Borgholm Castle, the royal Solliden or the magical Trollskogen.

Charming 1700's house located in Södra Norrby which is a typical Öland village with its densely located older farms. This cozy 1700's annex with a rural location about 8 km outside Köpingsvik offers: On the entrance level you will find a kitchen with adjacent dining area with a beautiful tiled stove. Here you live at a comfortable distance to Köpingsvik which has several nice restaurants and lovely beaches. If you would rather have some peace and quiet, you can go east to Kårehamn which, in addition to the beach with white sand, has both a nice fish restaurant and fish shop. Öland offers bird watching and wonderful nature life all around the island. For the active, you can also cycle, hike, wind and kite surf, dive, ride, play mini golf, etc. To Borgholms, which is the main town on Öland, it is about 13 km with its many shops, restaurants, some of which are located on the quayside down in the harbor. To Borgholm Castle it is a few more km. In this beautiful ruin you can wander around and feel the wings of history. In the summer there are several different activities for children. Guided tours, alottery workshop where you learn to shoot a bow, bake bread, make wax candles, paint your coat of arms. In the ruins, even national musicians usually perform on summer evenings.
