Nice house high up with a view of garden and meadow in the middle of the Moose Kingdom. Many lakes and waterways make it possible to fish, paddle and hike in any of the nature reserves and outdoor areas around here. At Ire nature school, you get to experience a living museum and a preserved agricultural landscape with the farm's animals to watch. At the entrance on the gable of the house there is a covered patio with garden furniture. Small hall inside the door with narrow stairs to the upper floor with two bedrooms. The first bedroom with a single bed is a walk-through room as the second bedroom is inside with two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed with mattress. In the kitchen downstairs, there are all possibilities for self-catering. Inside the kitchen, a fresh and bright bathroom with shower. Next to the kitchen, an open living room with a dining table and chairs for shared meals and pleasant socializing. The innermost part of the room is spacious with a sofa and armchairs in front of the tiled stove and the TV. The whole house has been renovated in recent years and has beautiful wooden floors and many windows with nice light. There is access to a washing machine in the basement with access from the outside. A patio door leads out to the glazed conservatory at the front of the house with a beautiful sea view. In the other half of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with a pull-out double bed in the study which has access to two screens on the desk for those who want to use for work or play. Bathroom with shower located between the bedrooms in the hall and here also a staircase to the basement floor. Below the stairs a washroom with a glass wall in a large shower area. In the hall entrance to separate toilet with sink. At the far end with a basement window that provides plenty of light in the bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe storage. "Villa Venedig" with a view of the farm and Risanäsviken is a red cottage from the turn of the century, formerly a home for workers on the farm. It has been carefully renovated over the years. Framed newspaper clippings and photographs on the walls are reminiscent of old times. Inside the beautiful blue double doors in the hall there is full ceiling height to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms. The steep stairs up with a rope to hold on to for safety will lead you there. In the hall there is also the bathroom with toilet and shower where the amount of hot water is limited. In the bedroom on the lower floor there is a double bed and a tiled stove that cannot be heated. In the fireplace in the family room, you can light a fire under supervision. In this room there is space around the table with chairs and a nice, well-preserved sofa to eat meals together. The kitchen has 2 hotplates with an oven and works well for self-catering as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. From the living room there is a patio door out onto the terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. In Saxemara there is a summer-open cafe with some basic goods in the range and the proximity to Ronneby with shopping, restaurants and other services is good. Ronneby Brunn with park offers events such as concerts, exhibitions and a large flea market every Sunday during the summer. There are also pools with an outdoor waterslide and a spa with an indoor hot tub. The boat traffic from the inner city through Ronneby and out to the harbor and the islands is a pleasant experience. There are several daily trips in the summertime out into the archipelago from various harbors to picturesque places for swimming and excursion destinations that can be recommended. Walks and bike rides on narrow winding roads provide a wonderful nature experience in beautiful, green Blekinge, also called "Sweden's garden".
